Pastiamo is our family business, run by myself Francesco and my partner Cinzia. Our passion is to share with you the joy and taste of traditional and novel Italian freshly made pasta.
We grew up watching our mothers and grandmothers make fresh pasta, and more often than not, we would join in the fun. Surrounded by laughter, we would experiment and make pasta shapes of our very own.
Over time we've learned and absorbed the wonderful methods, traditions and secrets of making fresh pasta. The tastes and textures of Italy we hope to bring to your table.
We create wonderful and delicious varieties of pasta, only using flour from a careful selection of the best Italian grains. Restaurant chefs and food lovers alike are proud to serve and enjoy our produce.
We only use fresh, natural and premium ingredients, the majority of which are sourced from Italy. All our pasta is handmade (artisan), free from artificial preservatives or colourants and are 100% freshly produced to order.
You can choose from our shop menu of plain and filled pasta, available in long and short shapes and is various sizes. Select from our range, or customise your own pasta and enjoy our wonderful and delicious varieties!

Once your order is received, we'll get to work lovingly preparing your selection. Cooking instructions will be labelled on our delivery box, and remember, what you don't use, can be frozen for another day

Our delivery boxes contain 4 to 8 portions, depending on pasta shape and type. We provide approximate weight per item, so that you have a clear idea on how much pasta you'll receive
